BEGINNER LESSON

Includes 1 hour rental & equipment
When taking a beginner lesson, you will learn the basics so you will have the best experience. The instructor spends about 10-15 minutes on shore and 10-15 on the water with you.

You should have more than 3 hours of paddle boarding experience for this lesson. The instructor will be with you for a full hour.
You'll learn the following:
- How to size your paddle properly
- The proper paddling stance and stroke
- The three basic paddle strokes
- How to trim your board for best performance
- How to handle waves and wind

Private lessons are the best way to improve your paddling skills. From a beginner to advance, you'll get our most experienced instructor for an entire hour to work on the areas you need to improve.
